David is a senior executive with extensive experience in introducing innovative leading-edge technology, reengineering organizational processes to leverage new systems, building organizational capacity and aggressively growing businesses. He has a proven track record of success at both start-up and established companies, across multiple industry sectors, having served as a C-Suite executive for the internet, telecom, software, consulting, and environmental, industries. David is focused on providing physicians with a blueprint for success, patients with quality healthcare and stakeholders with value creation.   

Dr. Stone is a Clinical Professor (Cardiac Sciences) in the Cumming School of Medicine, University of Calgary.  He is a member of the Libin Cardiovascular Institute of Alberta, the previous Senior Medical Director of the Cardiovascular Health and Stroke Strategic Clinical Network of Alberta Health Services, the current Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee of the CPSA, and a Past-President of the CPSA.

Richard is a senior executive with over 20 years of management experience  and a strong performance history of execution in marketing acquisition, logistics, procurement, sales, operations and customer experience. He also has a proven track record of success at both start-up and established companies and extensive hands on experience in the implementation of innovative technology solutions. Richard is focused on providing physicians with turnkey state-of-the-art clinics, patients with exceptional service and stakeholders with value creation.

Mat is an executive specializing in strategy development, implementation, and execution with over 10 years’ experience across the management consulting, health care, merchant banking, manufacturing, oil & energy, and environmental industries. He possesses a proven ability to translate strategy and objectives into successful performance of key initiatives via innovation, data-driven operational optimization, effective KPI utilization, and performance management. Mat is focused on sector disruption to transform primary care delivery, reduce health care costs, and improve patient access.  

As a business lawyer and advisor, Jonathan has over a decade of experience in securities, M&A, corporate finance and corporate/commercial matters in both private practice and as company in-house counsel, working with entrepreneurs, startups, SMBs and blue chip companies in a variety of industries, including software and technology.
