FlexMD is a physical and virtual medical clinic operator, that provides physicians with turnkey state-of-the-art clinics. FlexMD offers a variety of healthcare services and uses technology, strategy, and insight to optimize healthcare, provide physicians with work life balance, and engage patients. FlexMD's hybrid solution enables physicians to focus exclusively on patient care, by optimizing the complex and evolving world of healthcare.
The day-to-day demands of running a successful practice make it difficult for physicians to treat patients and simultaneously devote the necessary attention to business operations. This will become even more challenging in future given increased demand, budget cuts, and a cultural shift in the way people engage with healthcare providers. Innovation and disruption will transform care delivery, reduce health care costs, and improve patient access. These industry changes necessitate optimizing the business side of healthcare.
