Dr. James Horner is a Chiropractor who has proudly served Markham, Unionville, and York Region for over 20 years with an evidence-based practice integrating scientific evidence, clinical expertise, and patient preferences.

He is committed to using chiropractic as a first-line, non-pharmaceutical approach to musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, particularly given the increasing prevalence of chronic pain conditions and the risks associated with long-term pain medication use.

He has a clinical focus on seniors, sciatica, spinal stenosis, peripheral neuropathy, pediatric chiropractic care, and motor vehicle accident (MVA) rehabilitation.

Dr. Horner is certified in Activator technique (Levels I and II), primarily uses Diversified and Thompson techniques, and also incorporates Applied Kinesiology to support functional, measurable treatment outcomes.

His personal experience with a severe lower back injury and sciatica led him to chiropractic care, which inspired his career change after achieving full recovery. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic West.
